Important Notes Before Travelling
• Getting to Osaka by air is easy. You have two airports: Osaka International Airport (aka Itami, mostly used for flights within Japan) and Kansai International Airport. Kansai International is on an artificial island in Osaka Bay, about 1 hour from Osaka.
• Use the Haruka Express to make your way to Downtown Osaka. The Haruka Express departs from Kansai Airport every 30 minutes and stops at Tennoji and Shin-Osaka stations. Get your tickets in advance to avoid queuing.
