Itinerary Overview
Important Notes Before Traveling
• To get to Yogyakarta, I took a night train from Jakarta and arrived in the early morning. Alternatively, I could have flown to Adisucipto International Airport or taken a bus from other cities in Java.
• The main mode of transport in Yogyakarta was Trans Jogja, a public bus service that covered most of the tourist attractions. I also used car rental, ojek (motorcycle taxi), becak (pedicab), and andong (horse carriage) for some places.
